The officials call it suicide, but a number of other people say it was cold blooded murder committed by guards who had tortured Davis for 10 days prior to the death! There is some evidence to support their statements, thus we must move forward. The following witnesses MUST be named because we are in fear for their health and safety. We understand Sgt. Agerson has been relocated from the confinement area to the gate. We suggest that the others named also be removed. The guards know who the witnesses are. The authorities and public must also know.
